“Overall we really loved it, but had a few things that deterred me from giving it 5 stars. First off, the check in was super easy and the room and property were well maintained. We loved the fact the beach was a short walk away and that we could come back and relax in the pool. However, the pool was HOT!!! They had a pool and a hot tub and it felt like the heat was on in the pool and the hot tub was pool temp. We couldn’t swim and refresh in the pool at all due to this. There’s no way the pool...

We liked that there were a good number of spaces for sitting, eating, relaxing, as well as an outdoor green space, shuffle board, and pool. It's a really quick walk across the street to the pool. "The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again."
