"I go to check in at a hair past 3:00PM and the girl at the front desk was on her game! She said that housekeeping was finishing up our rooms and it would be a minute or 2 before I could go to them and we chatted about our dogs and kids and our rooms were done by the time we finished chatting. Very pleasant check in."
