“This property was newly renovated. When we checked in, we inquired about the laundry room (hours, cost, location, etc). She told us that the washing machine was free but the dryer was coin operated. That was not true, $2 to wash, $3 to dry. I didn’t have enough quarters to dry, and front desk didn’t have any change, so she let me dry my clothes in the hotel dryer. That was a save! “Nothing much to complain about, except for the fact that our room was never cleaned in our 3-night stay. I reported it to the front desk, but was told because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, that the cleaning crew did not enter the room. I think that's unacceptable: Two women staying in an hotel should be able to put that sign on the door, but it was removed once we left the room.
