"Check in staff was a little un-hospitable - very transactional. The room was freezing and water would not warm past like warm (over at the Grove). Staff made up for the poor check in experience the next day- extremely warm and professional offering to switch rooms. The Spa staff was incredibly attentive as is the bar staff. The property is adorable- cozy, rustic but high end. The event activities (yoga) are also wonderful! Would definitely stay here again! "

I’m sure they would have done the same for any meal—the breakfast comment was based on the grab-and-go location in the lobby which had no vegan pastry/bagel/toast options—but was otherwise lovely!"
