I booked and paid in full for three rooms one month in advanced. Upon arrival around 7:55pm I was told that only one room was cleaned, and it wasn't the the type that I paid for. The front desk agent Eric then called Lena, Supervisor and in their conversation Eric said, "there are no rooms in Ruston so, what are we going to do?" I am traveling with a large family and toddlers and I needed to be secure in my travel and have some where to stay. Like most people, I do not like being inconvenienced especially when properly planned out. There is no way possible my rooms were not available and not cleaned. I was told that I needed to wait over an hour to allow them time to clean the other rooms and that timeframe was not actually guaranteed. While Eric went out his way to try to accommodate us, the hassle of getting settled with twin toddlers was extremely exhausting. I am disappointed in my stay at comfort inn.

My room was prepaid through Expedia. I arrived at hotel and was told that no rooms were available. The person was extremely rude and told me it was not his problem, and to talk to Expedia. Expedia had nothing to do with it. I’ve never prepaid for a room and told there was no room. I had the spend over an hr you n I gone win th Expedia and had to find another hotel at night.

My room was prepaid but when I arrived was told that no rooms were available. I asked how could that be when it was prepaid. There was no explanation or apology. They just said to contact Expedia. Had to drive 45 mins away to find a room late at night.

We were disappointed. We did not notice how dirty the bedding was until morning. We saw many roaches in the bathroom and crawling on the walls in room. The swimming pool was closed and green. Our room smelled musty. The elevator doors slammed shut. Breakfast was also disappointing. The only good thing was the staff. Very sweet.

Staff is the highlight here and convenience of the location. The elevator needed some TLC, was a bit noisy but worked properly. Upon leaving we noticed the carpet near window was wet and damp in other areas- the air conditioner was leaking water it appears. Our room had a view of the pool and it was green and could tell it had not been maintained in quite a while. We had hot running water and a comfortable bed to sleep in. We asked FD for an extra comforter; would suggest one of more quality as it felt more like a table cloth. We asked front desk overnight and next day for bandages and first aid kit for a cut on my husbands foot and they were happy to assist. Sonja at breakfast buffet was pleasant and happy to restock two more bagels for myself and another guest. Check in and out was easy, parking and access to bell carts was a plus.

Not a good place to stay if you need reliable internet. The internet at the hotel was not working during my stay. I waited in the lobby for over an hour for someone to reset the router, but the issue persisted. This significantly impacted my work and caused a major inconvenience.

The room smelled wet like mold as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The tub faucet was dripping so I am assuming that is where it came from. Maybe a deep clean is needed for the property. The staff were very friendly.

I stayed here for work and had to be moved from the first room due to condition of the room. Both rooms had mold either on the ceiling or other parts of the room. The AC leaked into the carpet and was soaking wet in one room and the other the AC didn’t work properly. The mattress in the second room was terrible. Had a huge dip in the center and was not the usual hotel quality bed. Overall terrible stay and will never use this hotel again.

We were given keys to an occupied room. Then was moved to a room that had not been cleaned. We were then told that our money would be reimbursed if we wanted to move to another hotel after having these reservations for two months and driving 15 hours from another state and arriving close to midnight. It was very upsetting.
