"We stayed here for just one night unfortunately as we would have loved to stay longer. The staff does everything to help with planning trips. They work with very devoted guids. For us Elisabeth arranged our guide Christmas who took us to the waterfall and learned us a lot of birding in Uganda. He also took care of the last minute permits for the gorilla tracking. "My stay at Gorilla Valley Lodge was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the gardens and properties are beautiful with views overlooking the forest (including the mountain where we did our gorilla trek!). The restaurant area sits atop a hill overlooking a valley with 360 views of the mountains and scenery.
