"The attitude of the front desk clerk was horrible. The bathroom had used toilet paper on the roll. I don't want to touch any toilet paper that someone else has utilized and don't know what it could have been exposed to during that time.....the room is dated and needs renovations. "

"The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels within 5-10 min of this; I highly recommend choosing another one. "

"Would be nice if there was more than 1 washer working. Would’ve also been nice when an issue was brought up about someone abandoning clothes in the working washer, that it was addressed properly. The stay was not too terrible but for these issues to come up and no real answer on them being addressed, basically felt like I got an “f you”, is very disappointing and concerning."

"Through no one’s fault their internet was down but they were not well organized. Staff had to let you into your room every time you left. My biggest concern came Around midnight when someone tried to enter my room. Thankfully I travel with added door locks and alarms so they didn’t actually get into my room but this was very alarming especially since I was traveling alone. My biggest problem was that when I called the desk, they spoke to me like it was no big deal as well as the staff the next day. There was no manager on site to speak to and no one even apologized. "
