"The staff at the property were all very professional, polite, kind and super helpful. They arranged a 2 day tour with a wonderful tour guide named Som who was awesine all around. Excellent English and full of information that was accessible to both teens and adults alike. My son and his friend loved swimming in the saltwater pool and service by the pool was great! The rooms were large and well appointed. All around a great stay. "
"We loved that as a family of five they had a room we could all be in together. The hotel felt like an oasis in the city, with a really nice pool and fabulous breakfast (egg station, noodle soup station, bread/toast, four hot options, fruit and salad)
There was always a tuk tuk outside waiting. It was about $1.50 to get to pub street. Easy!

The only marks against it was when we got to the hotel they tried putting us in a room without a balcony, even though we had already paid for one, and tried charging us extra (it was worked out after I showed them the receipt).
