"We only had 2 bath towels for the 4 of us. When we asked for more towels, we were told to go to the store and buy some. We thought the man was joking, so we asked again. He pointed to the door and told us to go buy towels. Needless to say, we were shocked! We actually had to go to the store and buy 2 towels. We will never stay there again."

"We have stayed at this hotel before and chose it again for its convenience. This time, when booking a room for our family of four (two adults and two children), I specifically selected a room that included breakfast. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that breakfast was not included in our booking. I had to search through my emails to show them the confirmation that clearly stated breakfast was included. Even then, they only provided breakfast vouchers for two people instead of four. When I questioned this, they explained that the room rate only includes breakfast for two guests. This raises the obvious question: if the room is intended for four people, why does the included breakfast only cover half the occupants? The staff member was quite unhelpful throughout the interaction. It doesn’t make sense that a family room for four people only comes with breakfast vouchers for two."

"Such a cool place! Parking was a little tricky (and pricey!!) but the room was clean. House keeping did start turning rooms over at 8:30am, so there was a ton of vacuuming and cleaning sounds while we were still sleeping. "

"Motel. Not a hotel! They have rooms in the basement and the parking lot is in someone’s back yard. The walls are paper thin and the bed frames are metal. Would not recommend!"

"This is not a property you should list. It is a run down house run by nice people who apparently dont care enough about the condition of the property. The hallway bathroom was horrible. I was unable to use the facilities as the toilet was backed up and stuffed with toilet paper. With some serious investment and a more dedicated staff and owner, it could become a charming Bed and breakfast. As it is, it should not be listed on your site. "
