โThe staff was very friendly and helpful.
The property adjacent to the hotel was run down and shabby and appeared to be a place homeless people gathered. Just a little unnerving when walking to my car at night. โ
โEmbassy Suites St. Charles: Where Parents Get a Door and Kids Get Waffles
If youโre traveling with three kids, you already knowโthe hotel room situation can make or break your sanity. When we rolled into the Embassy Suites in St. Charles, Missouri, we were crossing our fingers for โspace and quietโ and bracing for โsardine can with a TV.โ
Spoiler alert: We got the good kind.
The Room
Two. Separate. Rooms.
Let me repeat thatโour kids had the pull-out sofa in the living room, and my spouse and...
โChefs kiss to them and their staff. So kind, so sweet and helpful, so kindhearted. Just absolutely incredible customer service. And the room was more than I expected. Very impressive. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. And the balcony was a nice surprise I didnโt know about. I slept better that night than I needed. โ
โYou should remove the swimming pool picture. That was closed permanently and when I was reserving the room there was no notice about it.
My children were very disappointed.
The breakfast was not good(less menu) compared with another same-brand hotel.
The sofa bed was horrible. Very very dirty.
But the staff was very friendly. Not recommended for the family trip.โ
