"Lovely one night stay at the hotel. Staff really helpful and polite. Air con in room not the greatest but for one night couldn’t complain. Would stay again."

"The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Although we did not use any of the spa amenities, they appeared great. The bar by the pool was nice and the food was pretty good. Although not on the beach, the hotel was a short cab ride to the center of town and a ten minute walk to harbor where there were plenty of restaurant options. Our only gripe was the air conditioning, or lack thereof. When we got to our rooms the temperature inside the rooms were 82 degrees and stifling hot....

"Really nice property with really nice rooms in a good central location. The spa was really nice, and the Levels area was excellent. Really easy to get to and from the airport. In the old part of Palma and all the activities and shopping around there, great restaurants too. The only downside was when they kicked all the fans watching soccer out at halftime because security wanted to close the bar area, which was really a restaurant, not a bar."
