It’s a very simple hotel for short stays. It has basic but enough amenities if all you need is a comfortable place to spend the night. A bit loud in the morning as it’s on a Main Street and walls are not completely soundproof. Staff is very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast could get a bit better. But in general, I’d stay again if I needed to! :)

Excellent service, very clean, very safe and close to everything. The only thing is that EXPIDIA needs to clarify to double citizendhip customers about the Colombian extra taxes charged when you checked in. those Colombian taxes never were mentioned at the time of reservation with Expidia.

Found a few roaches in the bathroom on 3 different occasions. The rooms are not insulated. You heard doors slamming very hard from the very early morning which didn’t let me sleep too much. The staff was very nice and the area is very good. The rooms are bare bones. The safe to store your jewelry and money didn’t work and the AC remote didn’t work so I wasn’t able to change the temperature.

Surprisingly calm

I was positively surprised. The hotel lies on the busy street Carrera 43 but I needed a place in Sabaneta for one night so I decided tho try it. The reception was friendly. The room is small as many say but still big enough tt not feel cramped, and even has a reading lamp for cosy lightning, not so common In Colombia. Bathroom is also small bit functions well. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. And most important of all I had a very good sleep in the room. It was towards the side road but I think it’s the same to the feont side. Maybe I was lucky because of major road works that makes the road calm in the night. Morningtime the traffic picks ip.

“My stays at this hotel are always last-minute since my partner’s family lives nearby. Both times I’ve stayed here, I’ve run into the same issues. The location is excellent, the front desk staff is five stars, and the cleanliness and everything else is great — but the Wi-Fi and breakfast are absolutely horrible. Let’s start with the Wi-Fi: it’s completely unreliable, slow, and practically unusable. I don’t even want to talk about it — it’s just awful, so forget about planning a work stay at this hotel. Then there’s the breakfast. The service is, as Colombians would say, guache. The food has no flavor, they use the cheapest products on the market, and although it’s supposed to be a buffet, they serve you the food themselves and even limit how much juice you can have. It may sound funny, but it’s true. So, for a one-night stay if you have something to do in Sabaneta, the hotel works — but planning a full stay in Medellín here is not something I’d recommend. It could easily turn into a nightmare.”

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. They do their best to make guests feel welcome. Area outside the hotel is very safe, but constant road construction nearby makes it noisier than I like. Hotel does NOT have a restaurant except for breakfast, which is quite basic. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, so it is manageable. Beds are quite hard. I enjoyed my stay and would return.
