Sabi Sands Game Reserve, Greater Kruger National Park hotel rooms at the Seasons in Africa

"Wonderful staff of this river lodge bordering Kruger National Park. Large spacious room. Great sunrise and day safaris from their own staff. Sunset safari is run by the National Park so needs transport to Kruger Gate if you don’t have your own vehicle. Couple of things could be improved. Firstly, the wi-fi could be faster. Secondly, windows should be kept closed to prevent mosquitoes from entering rooms since it’s a malaria area. Overall, a lovely stay to see Kruger National Park and its animals. An elephant was along the river the first afternoon while a hippo was along the river on my morning departure. You’re also see animals while arriving and leaving SZK airport. "

"We loved our stay at Mantobeni. The whole experience was very special and unique. Our tent was comfortable and atmospheric and the food excellent. We loved the drives each day and saw some incredible animals and birds. Special shout-out to Brilliant, our guide. He was very knowledge and kind."

"We LOVED our stay at Imbali Safari Lodge! We stayed three nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The food was incredible, the entire staff wonderful- shout out to Winston! Our lodge was lovely; private and so very comfortable. The 2 included safari drives a day were exciting and informative, thanks to our exceptional guide, Morne. I would recommend Imbali for a couple looking for value with romantic, traditional decor and warm and friendly staff to take care for you on your Kruger Park visit. "

"The rooms were lovely and the staff were for the most part friendly however at this price point the lack of attention to detail was not acceptable. Room snacks were inadequate and not replentished daily. Personal amenities not replenished daily. Food was good but the menu needs work: no pork served (if you want to serve Halal that should be an option, not the norm), one day lunch was all salads but the next no salads, bread served with first dinner but not the remaining ones, Hotels.com amenities do not match hotel website amenities, Cheese platter served without biscuits, some days poolside service but others we had to look for service. I have stayed at other hotels in the area that were better. At the price, I expect exceptional, not ordinary."

"If you're looking for a wonderful African experience, Honeyguide Khoka Moya Camp is great. The tent experience with wild animals steps away, the two three hour safaris every day, and the relatively small number of campers makes for a great time."

"Everything about the lodge was amazing from the room to the safaris with our guide Barry and tracker Eddy. Ntombi was amazing during the meals. All staff was very friendly and made our short stay amazing. I would recommend this lodge to anyone going there. I will definitely if I get the opportunity. "
