"We stayed here with our family of 5. We had reserved the bunk room but it wasn’t available. They were able to rectify the situation by offering us a couple rooms that fit our party.
The location was close to town so we easily drove every morning to feed Cafe for breakfast and blackbird for dinners.
We adventured to hyalite canyon, floated the Madison and drove to Yellowstone with a rented cooler from the front desk which was awesome.
The backyard and pool were great spots to hang in the morning and evenings."
"The hotel was fine. I wouldn’t seek it out again, but I would stay here if I didn’t have a better option. The good: They allowed us a slightly early check-in, which we appreciated. The room was very clean and had a comfortable mattress, and the breakfast had enough choices to accommodate most people’s needs. They had multiple hot tubs for guests. They also had a sweet koi pond. The less than good: uncomfortable pillows, room needed updating (the toilet constantly trickled, and the tub needed caulking and for a permanent stain to be addressed), the hot tubs were situated in the middle of the large main floor lobby, and they had fake plants - they should invest in live plants if they are perceiving themselves as a higher-end hotel. As we were leaving, they’d left bed parts all over the hallway (changing them out is good, but wait till checkout time, which was still several hours away). This may be nitpicking, but they also had some strange and unfriendly signage for guests. For example, in the lobby near the hot tubs, a sign addressed to guests stated not to use the tubs if you have diarrhea. What?? The sign near the fish said “Don’t feed them.” There’s nothing wrong with this, I suppose, but they’re in the hospitality business. Can the signs be more tactful, e.g., “Help us keep our fish healthy - please resist the urge to feed them” “For the health and safety of all guests, please use the hot tubs only if you are feeling healthy today”? Overall, I’d give it about an 8/10."
"Staying at Mountain Lodge was a great way to end our weeklong vacation to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. Proximity to the airport was an added bonus. The continental breakfast was fine, but we would have liked a few more options of fresh fruit in addition to apples. We would definitely stay here again."
Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Belgrade - Bozeman - Yellowstone Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Friendly convenient to Airport and city, very helpful staff, very safe feeling which makes it much nicer as a single person traveling highly recommend this"
"Enjoyed this hotel. Cute, clean, affordable rooms. Easy to check in at anytime if you follow the detailed instructions. You can arrive late and just check yourself in or call the owner/manager for help. She responded quickly when I called. Tons of parking across the street. Restaurants and nice bars along the street make it easy to get a bite to eat or a drink nearby. One reason I chose it was because of how close it is to the airport. Literally took us 6 minutes to get to the airport for our morning flight. The hotel rooms were clean and the extra pullout couch was good for my son to sleep on. The hotel has a bit of a hostel feel because the bathrooms are common bathrooms, but there are many of them near the rooms, they were clean, and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a common kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and stove. There were also a couple of living room areas where you could sit and relax outside your room if you chose to. I also appreciated the washer/dryer available (there are two of each) which didn’t require exact change. You could just put a few bucks in a drop box to use the machines. Be aware that you should bring your own liquid detergent if you do. I used some laundry sheets and they seemed to work well. Nice to be able to do laundry after spending 8 days camping in Moab, Yellowstone, and the Grand Tetons. If you’re doing a south to north Yellowstone trip, Bozeman and this hotel make a perfect last stop before your flight home."
