I’m giving this hotel a positive review mainly because of one amazing staff member, Tee. I stayed here for two nights, and the room I was first given was not suitable at all. However, Mr. Tee quickly took care of the situation and provided me with a much better room. The hotel itself was not perfect and could use improvements in some areas, but Tee’s kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made my stay much better. I am truly grateful to him, and that’s why I decided to leave a positive review

The site was run down and had some sketchy activity in the parking lot at all hours it seemed. They initially put my children and I in a smoking room even though I specified NON SMOKING at check in. They moved me to a non smoking after i went and mentioned something to the front desk. Upon getting the new room, we opened the bedside table drawer and found drugs. The front desk staff was Fantastic. The property itself is dated, dirty and problematic. Won't be back.

Never paid a $150 for a deposit for a filthy room and nasty toilet and shower. Blankets had brown stains and cigarette burns in them. The room was a smoke free but reacked of cigarettes. The whole 2nd floor is smoking and it all comes up to 3rd floor. Stupid i say. Wouldnt recommend for family-friendly.

1. They never come to clean rooms , NEVER! 2. Weekend staff is rude and always on their personal phones and treat foreigners with rudeness and disrespect . Although the young Caucasian woman and man are very nice and polite. 3.Roaches 4. Rarely answer calls or don’t call you back when needed 5. Have to go ask for your own towels and so forth 6 house keepers seem very polite, and nice , but don’t get the okay from personal to clean rooms unless you just booked ( short staffed) for such a big place 7.Homeless people come in and out on the property and hang out making noise throughout the night 8.people are not obligated to pick up their dog waste and there are piles of it dry and old everywhere 9. I can say it is a very convenient location and the price is reasonable. 10. Coffee and breakfast always available 11.A/C and heater units work 12 working appliances 13 Nice test room good size bathtubs

Rooms were not very clean and the installations in general look very old and dirty. They mention free breakfast, but it's only a table in the lobby with one kind of pastries and coffee, so not really a breakfast! The staff was nice, and helped us to change into a more decent room, so that's why I put the 2 stars.

The guy at check in was great and the girl in the morning was nice too. The room was in good shape. The shower needs new caulking and the shower head needs replacement but I'm a builder so i notice that stuff. It's extremely minor. The staff was great and the room was quiet and comfortable. That's the most important part. 5/5

Check-in was fine and the room itself was good enough (and actually spacious). But it was difficult to open the door, the floors were dirty, and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. In addition, there were many transient types loitering and someone actually tried to open the door to my mom and daughter's room in the middle of the night. I would stay here again (it's cheap) by myself but I won't have my family stay here again.

The staff was real kind. The hotel is deceiving though. Pics don’t match what they offer. Said they had a pool There was no water in the pool. Our refrigerator did not work. Blankets have cigarette holes all over- Looks like un-housed individuals found this place to hang out at. Oh and people yelling and fighting at night about un paid pu$$y. Breakfast is pre packaged pastries, coffee, tea with a locked lobby. Haha Anyway, the hotel has potential Just got to clean up the hotel a bit - and update info so people know what to expect with pools and so forth

Dirty. Old. But good employee at the desk. And they allow cash deposit so the next day I was able to have $150 in pocket plus I got a smoking room which is hard to come by this day and age. But sorry as hmm. Like they never wiped down the blow dryer. The walls in bathrooms and through the room are disgusting. Pillows were horrible quality I didn’t even pull down the blanket and didn’t want to take a shower in that bathroom.
