"This hotel is a very convenient "inn" located close to Roseville CA. There's plenty of parking outside, and ample space inside every room. Their "to go" breakfast is adequate and their staff is excellent. This is a good place to stay and the rooms are reasonably priced."

"Staff was very helpful in troubleshooting our initial difficulty opening the door with our key. Comfortable bed and pillows. Our sink was slightly clogged/slow to drain. One elevator was very slow and dark. Didn't use it, but pool looked nice and was easy to get to."

"Everything was good and clean friendly staff except cook we had was rude our room was neat and clean but did have a light scent of dog urine and bathroom needed a bit of attention with some hair on the back of the toilet. Someone's long hair"

"The property was nicely maintained. The location was excellent especially if you are travelling by train; the hotel is directly across the street from the Amtrak station. My problem was as follows: I had reserved a standard room. When I arrived the elevator was broken. I am mobility impaired and with a broken elevator I required a first floor room. The only available room had a king sized bed and cost $38 more. I had no choice so had to accept it. I sent an email to management objecting to the upcharge, I felt they should have upgraded me without additional charge. But after five days I have not heard a thing from them. My advice is as follows: I recommend the hotel, but if you encounter any problem whatsoever, don't expect management to resolve it."

"We have made this hotel our regular sacramento spot. We have been here a few nights every couple weeks and will be back again later this week. On last stay we received an unexpected upgrade of a large 2 person jaquzzi tub in room. Night time security keeps the property safe. The security guys are very friendly. The grounds are well maintained. A full breakfast is always appreciated. A bar and restaurant when we want to eat in. I discovered this hotel on a work trip and in total have spent 4 months here over the years. Only critique some front desk staff could improve their customer service skills. Smile maybe and appear welcoming. Security is more friendly than the front desk staff in my experience. But it was front desk that upgraded me so I'm not trying to complain! Ill take grumpy guss in exchange for an upgrade any day."
