The staff was very friendly and professional. The gentleman behind the desk was very welcoming. It was not very quiet at all, people screaming at the pool and running down the halls early in the morning was quite disruptive. The bed was comfortable though and the amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker and TV) were great. I would stay here again and bring ear plugs.

I was at la quinta for a work trip and it wasn’t the best stay. The check in process was fine until I noticed that the toilet in my room wasn’t working at all. The handle on the toilet was broken so I could not flush it. I went to the lobby and talked to the clerk and he just told me that he’d send someone to check it. I waited an hour or so and no one showed up to my room. I then decided to call the front desk. A different clerk answered the phone and I told him the problem and he said he’d check and send someone and guess what? Nothing either. They could’ve offered a new room but they didn’t. The other issue was the noise level. You could hear literally everything in the hallways. I will not be staying here again during my visits to Rancho.

The internet is awful. I have to stay in Sac for school one night a week and it’s a perfect opportunity for me to get homework done. The internet does not stay connected for more than 2-5 mins and that’s being generous. No homework opportunities for me and as a student RN a wasted night is not ok.

All staff including manager has postive attitude will great service. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Parking lot and building exterior may impact overall look whereby if pressure washed n paved with fresh lines may impact postively
