"We greatly enjoyed our stay with the excellent service we had, whether it was food service or getting a new coffee maker when the room’s one wasn’t working. The staff were helpful and quick to provide service/help.
I spotted items around the property that suggested lack of money or staff in up-keeping the property. Pool bathrooms were still dirty from the day before. An exposed wire on the pool deck under a tree. Spots on carpets, dust on light fixtures. Maybe little things, but if it continues, this property will not be the beautiful hotel it began as."
