Did not stay, floors were sticky and smell was unbearable. Advertised as one king and sofa bed ( no sofa bed ). Holes in walls and door and ac wall unit did not work well. Stayed 5min and left, booked another hotel with Expedia for the last time, thanks for no refund, I’ll take my business else where👋

I booked this hotel for a festival and the location was convenient. I typically do not mind if places are a little run down but the room I got proved otherwise. I got to my room and I noticed some small bugs in the bathtub. I rinsed them out but more came when I checked later to shower. I was so tired I slept through the night. The next morning I found a handful of cockroaches, a few by the sink and another by the baseboards close to the restroom. My last straw was when I realized that the sink was not working. I immediately packed up. I tried to talk to the front desk but was told by security that the person covering the day shift wouldn't start until 9am. It was inconvenient but understandable. I managed to get a full refund with the understanding front desk attendant once 9am came. I wouldn't recommend this place but I'm grateful of the kind staff for making the cancellation process smooth.

The lady at the front desk was friendly, but that’s about the only good thing I have to say about that place. The bed was about as comfortable as it would’ve been if I just slept on the floor. The room was non-smoking, but you could still smell cigarettes. Every time you turn on the lights, the roaches would scatter and constantly tweakers outside in the parking lot
