I had a late check-in due to driving through the night but when I arrived the staff clerk was very helpful. Gave me information about my room and about the hours for breakfast. Positive: Great location. Staff was wonderful. Shout out to the lady that was handling breakfast, she never stopped stocking, cleaning and taking care of everyone's needs. Always with a smile. She deserves a raise. Thank you. Negative (no big deal to us): Room 129 Air conditioner (cooler) would not turn off even when we switched it over to heat. We dealt with it, but it definitely needs to be looked at.

A good place to stay.

The staff were very nice, very helpful. The room was nice, but needed a little maintenance. However, the room had a VERY strong cooking smell (Kimchi, cabbage, strong spices, etc.) which was borderline offensive and did not diminish during our 6 day stay. Fortunately, the windows opened and it made it tolerable. Breakfast was good and fresh.

Townhouse hotel in elk grove was clean and had enough room for our family. We stayed in a room with kitchen,stove dishwasher, supplies to cook. We were pleased with the overall hotel. We would stay there again. Oh yea breakfast everyday That we were there free.
