"I had a very disappointing experience at the Lions Hotel restaurant. From the moment we were seated outside, the service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. It took quite a while for our server, Juan, to even come by to take our drink order, and the wait continued for both drinks and food. What was most frustrating was how long it took to get something as simple as ranch—I asked for it and it took about 10 minutes to arrive. By that point, I had already finished my meal, so it was completely pointless and I ended up leaving it on the table untouched. In addition to the slow service, Juan came across as pushy and somewhat rude when we asked for things. Instead of making the experience better, his attitude made it uncomfortable. Another concern was the noticeable lack of security. There didn’t seem to be any staff presence monitoring the area, which made the environment feel a bit uneasy and not as safe or well-managed as it should be. Overall, the lack of attentiveness, long wait times, poor customer service, and lack of security really took away from what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. I expected much better and unfortunately would not return or recommend this place based on this visit."

"I had a clean room, great water pressure in the shower, nice pool area and we had a yummy breakfast. "

"Guy from front desk was very rude. Threw my ID and card back to me, and our room smelled like straight cigarettes. We had to buy Febreze. "

"Checked in ok. Went to my room. As I stepped off the elevator, i could smell Marijuana. As i walked down the hall, the smell got stronger. Went down to the lobbya dn talked with the young lady at the desk. She said they are not expose to be smoking. Took a few minutes to get her to want to change my room. The next morning i talked with a man at the desk about it. He said they will be xharged for dsmoking in the hotel. With a sorry for the issue. When said sorry, it was with the attitude of i dont care and you deal with it. Not staying here again."

"This was not a good experience for my family and myself , to begin with u were greeted by swarm of flies entering the lobby , the check in was fast , we were never notified that the air conditioner was not working at all which was terrible , hot and stuffy after a long drive from Los Angeles , we were told after the fact , also the tub was dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months there was dirt streaks all over the tub , I would never stay here again , we were offered a fan after complaining about the ac , and they actually said do you want a heater or a fan ? Not sure if they were being funny ? The ac filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years , I never leave reviews but this was by far one of the worsts stays ever , not to mention the tiny blurry tv but I could look past that , I hope they make some changes to make better experiences for there guests!!!! "

"I’m always amazed that chain hotels that are supposed to be professional in the sleep business neglect so many aspects of it. Parasite lights (clock, microwave, etc). This room had a huge gap at the door with the light of the corridor beaming into the room at night. AC making a jet sound when starting with weak cold air that could not maintain proper temperature. To say the least I did not spend a quality night of sleep. "

"The room was good, and had no concerns there. The only issue was that the fire alarm kept going off. It lasted about 20–25 minutes and occurred around 2 a.m."
