"Badlands Interior is very remote, that being said there was a wall AC unit that worked well and TV you could watch. Beds, floors and bathroom were clean however paint was peeling from the bathroom trim and the bathroom vanity and sink were only adequate. I’m 5-3 and had to lean down to the countertop and sink. The room was small but the coffee maker and fridge worked great."

"The Best Western in Wall, SD is a decent place to stop. I think the clientele made the stay a bit less enjoyable, as we spent the night at the tail end of Sturgess and there was a bit of wild scene in parking lot. There was a steady stream of cars, trucks, and motorcycles all through the night, with accompanying yelling and other nonsense. The room was clean but dated/worn feeling. The staff was the highlight of the property. The gentleman in the breakfast area was the friendliest and most helpful we’ve ever encountered in such a situation. If the facility was as awesome as the staff, it would be 5 stars for sure!"

"The rooms are very well-maintained and clean, beds are great but there’s a little noise from adjoining rooms, and while AC through-the-wall units work well, they are old and noisy. Upon arrival for a two-night stay, the hotel had booked us into different rooms for each night which would have meant we had to checkout in the morning and wait to check into a second room. They were unwilling to correct the problem but Hotels.com contacted the hotel and fixed the issue."
