Room was excellently cleaned. Room service every 4day. Very nice shower. Amenities for hair drier, ironing and clothes rack on point.
Fridge / microwave and they got an excellent body lotion. Place was good location from all or most sights.

The apartment was clean and the staffs were ready to assist you. We only had a problem when we did our laundry, the dryer didn't work well and our clothes were still wet. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and we had so much fun.

The rooms were amazing. Decor in the old fashioned style was exquisite, felt like you traveled back in time. Beds were comfortable to sleep in! Staff was great! Friendly, helpful. Jana receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious every single day!!! Butler Maksim and Yuri were polite, helpful! Definitely recommend this hotel and if I’m ever back in Prague, this is the only place that I would consider staying at! I would give 10 out of 10!!!!!

"A beautiful hotel however my initial impression of the carpets on corridors was that they were worn, however this was a new carpet obviously chosen by a designer! My room was spacious but had no bath and overlooked a small yard with dustbins. This has clouded my opinion. The food here is excellent ..."
