"Pets was nice, I like them, dog was nice, cat was coming my room on the morning, when I was leaving, it brings to mind my youth. I have pets myself earlier, not I am traveloing too much. Andrea was nice and helpful as like whole family. THANKS!!! Pool was under repair, no problems. Very good instruction find restsurant near by. I loved!!! I will be back!"

Hotel and staff are nice. The only quirk is that it requires taking two separate elevators in different parts of the building to get to your room, but no huge deal. Staff and amenities are nice. Breakfast is amazing and definitely worth the added cost. My wife got pregnant here, so 10/10 recommended the bed.

We had a connecting room which was great. Facilities are clean, modern and secure. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Clean. Morning buffet was fantastic. And more importantly the staff !!! Yevgeniy was somehow always available to answer any questions. And all the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Id definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

The Wellington Hotel is very well located and it is truly a 5 star hotel. The service is impeccable, with great amenities, nightly turndown service, and an excellent executive lounge. We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.
The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

Although this hotel is in a busy area convenient to shopping and sites, it was very quiet in the room. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean with all necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with a bar that served food also. The breakfast area had a terrace also with a great view and great breakfast choices. I will definitely return!
