Property is clean and the room size is good.
Do not get the breakfast.
They offer freebies like a beer at 6 PM and a snack at 9 that were nice.
Staff is helpful and nice too.
Very close to subway / metro which is amazing.

The staff was great. I loved how they had little tidbits about what each staff on duty liked.
Rooms were clean and spacious, as advertised. And loved their showers.
They warned us that laundry would take 3 hrs which I appreciated. It was useful for a small load.
Would recommend the place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff members were friendly and helpful, the decor and atmosphere were unique and relaxing, and it offered an excellent location near two of the main subway lines. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Kyoto again!
