โThe staff overall were amazing. The butler staff Olo and Valtine where so helpful. The housekeeper was super at her job and the door staff, checking staff and dining staff were very professional and friendly.
The rooms. Are beautify but the staff take this hotel to the next level. โ
โThis hotel is new, but the facilities need to be fixed.
1) The water in the shower doesn't drain properly.
2) The toilet makes a very loud noise when flushed.
3) I can hear noise from upstairs and next door very clearly
4) The ceiling light keeps blinking even when the switch is turned off. If you are sensitive to light, this will be difficult.
5) There is almost nothing in the gym.
6) The food is mediocre.
However, there are some positives:
1) The bed and towel conditions are very good.
