After a long days travelling the hotel was a great way to relax and unwind - very comfortable room and an excellant evening meal and breakfast . I was warmly welcomed and beautifully served .

The room, hotel & staff were all outstanding! We could't have been better looked after. We were delighted with our stay, enjoyed a morning in the Hot Tub and an amazing meal.

the castle and the area around it is beautiful. the location is not ideal for a transit. a long narrow road to get there. The room is spacious, but it needs to be freshened up. black moldy joints in the bathroom and shower cabin. very good restaurant, delicious food and drinks. the staff are super friendly.

Cela a Ă©tĂ© une grande dĂ©ception, et nous ne pouvons pas laisser un avis positif sur cet Ă©tablissement. Nous y avions rĂ©servĂ© la suite familiale (deux adultes et deux enfants) sous les toits (dans cette grande maison, mais qui n’est pas vraiment un chĂąteau) : -La « super baignoire « Ă©tait en panne pour cause de fuite, mais apparemment c’était le cas pour toutes les « suites » de cet Ă©tablissement. Il semble Ă©galement que cette panne soit permanente. - le lavabo, comme la douche sont bouchĂ©s -La literie est de trĂšs mauvaise qualitĂ© et nĂ©cessite d’ĂȘtre changĂ©e -pour le mobilier, on a l’impression que c’est de la rĂ©cupĂ©ration -le mĂ©nage devrait vraiment fait Ă  fond
 - le personnel est dĂ©butant vite dĂ©bordĂ© par les problĂšmes liĂ©s Ă  la gestion de cet Ă©tablissement - le coffre fort est quasiment en plastique et se transporte facilement Je m’arrĂȘte lĂ  car la liste n’est pas exhaustive, et en conclusion, je ne recommande pas cet hĂŽtel

Bon séjour au calme

TrÚs bon séjour upgrade dans une suite type vintage , gros problÚme avec le lit les lattes se détachent de leur support, lit déjà réparé mais problÚme toujours présent. Excellent petit déjeuner et le restaurant est bon également. Le lieux est calme et propice aux balades. Personnel agréable et compétent bravo.

Nous attendions ce sĂ©jour avec impatience. L’objectif Ă©tait de se reposer, en famille, au calme, dans un environnement apaisant 
 Contrairement aux diffĂ©rentes photos vues avant le sĂ©jour, nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris de trouver un lieu oĂč tout est « à peu prĂšs » et semble mĂȘme parfois laissĂ© Ă  l’abandon : - les tables dehors ne sont pas nettoyĂ©es, les cendriers pas vidĂ©s - Ă  la piscine, les canettes vides de la veille sont toujours lĂ  le lendemain, idem pour le pansement traĂźnant par terre - le bar d’extĂ©rieur est fermĂ© et visiblement depuis longtemps Ă  en croire la poussiĂšre, les toiles d’araignĂ©es apparentes - un pied du lit cassĂ© et des lattes inadaptĂ©es. A priori, on ne doit pas s’inquiĂ©ter, des nouveaux sommiers ont Ă©tĂ© commandĂ©s Chez maison du monde 
 tant mieux pour les prochains et merci pour le verre de vin offert et censĂ© rattraper cela (un hĂŽtel avec un lit cassĂ© - Ă  priori cela ne vaut rien de plus ?!? - mon mari a Ă©tĂ© contraint de dormir dans le lit de ma fille pour que les lattes arrĂȘtent de se dĂ©boĂźter) - la douche avec des moisissures - un Ă©clat dans la vitre et des volets qui ne ferment pas Est-ce utile de parler du petit dĂ©jeuner ? Je crois que d’autres l’ont fait avant moi, je vais m’abstenir. Je dois tout de mĂȘme reconnaĂźtre que le restaurant est bon et que le personnel est vraiment sympathique. La liste pourrait ĂȘtre encore longue

Le service n'est pas Ă  la hauteur de l'ambition et du tarif du lieu. Que ce soit Ă  la rĂ©ception de l'hĂŽtel ou au service du restaurant c'est vraiment dommage car ça dĂ©grade vraiment l'expĂ©rience dans un hĂŽtel globalement bien dĂ©corĂ© extrĂȘmement bien situĂ© et d'une cuisine qui est plutĂŽt de qualitĂ©. Malheureusement le service est fait par des dĂ©butants qui ne sont pas du tout ni de la restauration ni de l'hĂŽtellerie et ça se ressent de l'enregistrement jusqu'au dĂ©part, Ă  chaque Ă©tape. Nous concernant, problĂšme supplĂ©mentaire car il y avait un sĂ©minaire d'entreprise sur notre soirĂ©e et nuit. Celui-ci Ă©tait organisĂ© Ă  50 m des chambres et nous avons eu droit Ă  de la musique jusqu'Ă  23h30 environ. Cest dommage pour un Ă©tablissement qui met en avant le calme et la quietude. Ce pour quoi nous Ă©tions venus. Cela ne nous avait pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©cisĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation ou lors de notre prise de contact pour organiser notre arrivĂ©e. Encore une fois ceci n'est pas Ă  la hauteur de l'ambition et des tarifs du lieu.
