Résidence calme et très bien

Très bien et excellent accueil de la part de la manager, toujours à l'écoute des demandes et très réactive. La piscine couverte un peu défraîchie et fermeture des piscines un peu tôt (19h) pour la saison. Bonne situation pour découvrir toute l'île.

Pas terrible

Bon emplacement sur l'île d'Oléron, possibilité d'aller sur la plage de Saint Viguier à pied. Globalement l'établissement est vétuste et mériterait un gros coup d'entretien et une belle rénovation. Concernant le logement, il n'est pas adapté à une famille de 4 personnes (grande promiscuité, aucune intimité), il est mal aménagé et mal équipé. La literie est de mauvaise qualité, la propreté laisse à désirer.

Attention à la literie des studios !!!!!

Fuyez le studio C12, le canapé convertible est HS et à priori le propriétaire ne veut pas le changer! Lors de votre réservation stipulez bien que vous ne voulez pas ce studio. Sinon super endroit

Court séjour donc suffisant en terme d’espace, de confort et d’équipements. Propreté qui laisse à désirer, une fois le canapé ouvert, il y avait un capuchon de compote à boire, un coton et un mouchoir. Pour passer un week-end les enfants ont apprécié.

Séjour de découverte de la région, ou la randonnée est idéal. Très calme a proximité de la plage a pied. Pour les voitures électrique pas de borne de recharge dans la résidence, il existe quelques bornes en ville souvent en panne !!!.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble

Les points positifs de ce séjour: l’accueil, l’amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel, l’emplacement de la résidence à 2 pas de la plage, le calme et la bonne isolation phonique des bâtiments, la climatisation, une terrasse extérieure individuelle et des places de stationnement proches des locations. Les points négatifs : la propreté (ménage des sanitaires et sol du studio plus que moyen), store extérieur cassé, chambre en mezzanine étouffante. Logement spartiate mais fonctionnel. Nous avions loué un studio pour 5 personnes alors que nous étions 3 ce qui nous a permis d’avoir un peu plus d’espace.

Très bon accueil du personnel dans cette agreable résidence. Les salles d'eau sont un peu vétustes. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour, un problème technique nous a privé de la piscine extérieure mais les 3 plages sont très proches, le lieu est magnifique et très calme les commerces restaurants et marchés très proches
