Great for the Zenith
Great hotel if you're going to a concert at the Zenith Metropole. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment, but for a one night stay it was perfect - and with plenty of free parking.

Excellant hotel, helpfull and friendly staff.In a prime position to attend concerts at the Zenith and to go shopping at Atlantis Centre. And so close to two wonderfull restaurants.

The hotel is very good. Car park spaces. Tramway and buses to get there. It is just a bit of distance from the city centre, but is convenient. Clean room, well presented and good size. The tragic could be heard with the window open; if it is close, no worries. Very nice and helpful staff 24/7. Overall - very good. Shops and restaurant very close.

A very comfy and reasonably equipped hotel. It might be easy to miss as it is tucked away on a trading estate. The next door Italian restaurant is a gem with food that is too good to overlook. Convenient for the airport.

Apart from the evening person at reception not knowingly the code for the HDMI cable access, it could not have been better for us. It was just what we needed, quiet and comfortable with easy access and quick check in

The room and bathroom were small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and great service. We forgot our coats in the room closest when we left, so were surprised that the staff found them and put them aside for us to either come and pick up later or mail them back. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Nice hotel
The hotel was a little difficult to find - glad we had a GPS. We arrived after dark and left pretty early. We did not spend much time in the area, but it seemed in more of an industrial area. However, the welcome by the front desk staff was warm and they accommodated our English language constraint with grace - the room was spotless and comfortable.

Sous couvert d'eco-responsabilité, le chauffage général est coupé et un petit converteur proposé alors que les températures extérieures sont proches de 0. Je suis sceptique quant à l'intérêt écologique d'une telle démarche.

Arrivée à 16h00 nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure en étage et bien plus de chambre supérieure en étage nous a t'on dit !!!!nous avons eu droit à une chambre PMR (handicapé ) en Rez de chaussée !!! Chambre avec mot sur le lit de bienvenue au nom d'une autre personne !!!!! Mr Dur… Quelle organisation de planning !!!! Personne a l’accueil dépassée par les événements et cerise sur le gâteau la Clim ne marchait pas !!!! donc obligés de dormir en plus volet ouvert donnant sur le parking KFC Les Best Western ne sont plus ce qu’ils étaient celui là par contre particulièrement a éviter une seule personne à l'accueil pour recevoir ,gérer les problèmes d'intendance de sèche linge en panne , servir boissons faire les planches de charcuterie la Direction en week end !!!!!! nous a t'on dit Bravo quelle honte !!!!! Cela tient plus d'un Ibis kitchen que d'un Best Western ……. Nous sommes des locaux du Morbihan et nous reviendrons plus dans cet établissement… venant pourtant souvent sur Nantes en Week-end…

Une odeur de tabac insupportable
Une nuit infecte car la chambre puait le tabac froid. Inadmissible de fumer encore dans les chambres d’hôtel. Et pe7 acceptable de relouer la chambre sans une aération efficace. Dommage car le rets de l’hôtel est bien.

受付の方がとても親切でした。 フランス語の他に英語でも対応してくれます。 Spa 付きと記載ありますが、その表示は正しくありません。少し離れた所にあるようです。 部屋には冷蔵庫はないですが、冷暖房、電気ポット、紅茶やインスタントコーヒーがあります。
