"The room was clean, had a large comfortable bed and air conditioning, which in this weather is essential. The reason we book Campanile Hotels is that it has parking and a restaurant. Unfortunately, on this occasion, it was a very limited menu as the chef was on holiday. The usual self service entree and dessert buffet wasn’t available, so the choice was very limited, especially for vegetarians. The staff were good and were efficient, but I think this should have been mentioned on the website...

"This was a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It only gets a 4 out of 5 because there was no a/c and if we used the kitchen there would have been an additional charge, which we were not aware of. Otherwise, it suited us perfectly. Very clean and comfortable."

"This is typical of the edge of town lodge accommodation found throughout France. Access was difficult as reception was unmanned when I arrived and I did not have the code. Had to use the help point. Room small but adequate. WiFi a bit difficult, cut out several times. Breakfast good for the price. Note : don't use this site to pay for breakfast, it's cheaper on site"

"We were welcomed and they noted the reason for our visit. The restaurant is an amazing place decorated in the art deco style. The food was delicious. The rooms had nice ceilings and very 1920s feel. Loved the hotel. Close to everything. Very nice place to stay with the essence of what I had always pictured staying in France would be."
