Communication terrible de la part de hôtels.com
Ils ont jamais reçu notre paiement via hôtels.com, alors on devrait payer le montant total pour une deuxième fois.
En plus, ils nous donne la chambre à 17h au contraire à ce que hôtels.com dise sur la réservation (10h).
Communication entre hôtels.com (expédia) et l’hôtel n’est pas bien et doit améliorer.
