Beds were very comfy. Very good location Didn't like that breakfast wasnt included for price!!

The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other areas to stay.

A couple of cafes were nearby but this was hardly a central location. Def not walking distance to any tourist areas. Also no elevator and more than one flight of stairs to next floor so not good for seniors or anyone with disability. Room has a kitchenette but stocked with barest of necessities. IE no paper towel, etc. Had to ask for another roll of TP as only one provided for 4 days for 3 people. Desk only manned part time. Be sure to reserve parking as the site I used showed parking available but did not say the parking required separate reservation. Overall felt like premium price and mediocre accommodations.

Location was excellent. The hotel beautiful and the room was comfortable, but would describe this hotel as a self-serve hotel because there was no reception staff/only housekeeping who were very nice.
