Warm welcome guaranteed

From check in to check out the staff were absolutely charming and could not have been more friendly and charming. Our evening meal was served with a smile and was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Great place for an overnight stay.

Care re pictures aren’t exactly accurate

Reception staff were amazing but felt so sorry for them as the hotel is a real dive! Hotels.com made no reverence to the red being no restaurant open and we had to walk through an industrial estate to fine a restaurant. I wish I’d researched more and I wish Hitels.com had given an accurate description; feel very let down indeed; we slept with a chair up against the door also!!!!! But let me say again; the reception staff were a delight.

Small cold rooms, terrible food, shocking value.

The service and cleanliness were good. However the rooms are so tiny you can’t even walk around the bed. The evening meal was so salty that it was inedible and also very expensive - €30 per head. The breakfast was a very poor - two croissants and a Luke warm cup of tea for €12 each. The room was freezing when we arrived and to get to sleep we needed duvets, blankets and we also layered clothing on top to stay warm. Our total cost for 1 night in a tiny freezing room with terrible food was €177 euros. The overall rating was 2 stars rather than one star because at least the hotel was clean and they took your money with a pleasant smile!

Standard room was dated and very shabby. I was surprised as reviews did not reflect this. Mouldy roof in bathroom and cracked tiles. Rear door and bathroom door worn and needed painting. Shower in bath which is very dated.Many of the website photos are 9 years old. No air on despite hotel staying there was in standard room. Breakfast was reasonably good. Didn’t try the restaurant due to limited menu.

Bel hotel et bon rapport qualité prix. Accueil du monsieur du restaurant très bon : sympa et commerçant. La dame de l'accueil (la plus agée) m'a semblé un peu froide lors des échanges. L'éclairage des chambres est très faible : on y voit rien et ce malgré la lumière de la salle de bain allumée.

Un peu déçu

Séjour d'une nuit. J'enlève une étoile. Il n'y avait pas de lumière dans la salle de bain et surtout l'insonorisation n'existe pas. J'entendais les ouvriers qui couper les buissons dehors, reprise de leur travail de la veille à 8h pile le lendemain matin. J'entendais tout le monde qui passait dans le couloir le personnel de l'hôtel n'était pas du tout discret (claquage de porte, parle très fort entre eux pour communiquer). Seul moment de calme ABSOLUS entre 00h30 et 7h00, c'est pas beaucoup de sommeil pour reprendre la route le lendemain. Prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles sinon vous dormirez pendant cette intervalle uniquement. De plus Il n'y a pas la clim dans toutes les chambres et ils mettent une couette alors que l'hiver C'est dans trois mois. Points positif : lit moelleux, chambre propre.

Bon hôtel bien situé

Nous sommes habitués de faire une petite halte au Mans en allant vers la Bretagne et nous choisissons toujours l'hôtel Alizéa car l'accueil est très bon, les chambres sont impeccables, large choix pour le petit déjeuner... Nous n'avons jamais été déçus.

Je déconseille, très mal situé proche rond point où les pilotes du soir aiment bien faire du drift au rupteur! L'accueil est très moyen. J'ai eu l'impression de me faire gronder par la gérante (accent parisien surfait!) et la pauvre employé à côté d'elle aussi. La chambre pas terrible extrêmement bruyante côté couloir et rue. J'entendais les conversations téléphonique à l'extérieur et l'accueil. Petit dej plus rien, dévalisé. Réponse du personnel: il reste un croissant, il faut être patient! A FUIRE

Une nuit de départ en vacances

Difficulté avec mon GPS donc arrivée retarder mais à l’arrivée accueil excellent,disponibilité et amabilité étaient au rendez-vous. Possibilité de dîner sur place repas de bonne qualité,petit déjeuner varié avec beaucoup de choix dans la véranda . Très bonne prestation pour cette équipe .
