"Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels."

"The lady receptionist was wonderful! She spent ages writing out recommendations on a post it note for us, for the best fries, best waffles, best bars and restaurants! The hotel was secure and safe and in a prime location to everything, central station and cathedral was 15 min walk! "The hotel had the best location for the Christmas market and walking to the city centre sights. There was a really nice atmosphere and surprisingly quiet.
