Equipe de Atendimento muito atenciosa. O Apartamento é bem grande, com sala/cozinha, quarto e terraço. A localização é muito boa, perto da praia e no inicio da rua principal de Santa Maria (Sal). O café da manha é muito bom. Falta elevador.

Bien pour 1 nuit ou deux

Séjour très rapide d’une nuit seulement en transit entre deux vols. Structure qui semble sympathique, à deux pas de la plage de Santa Maria et de sa jetée, et de la rue où se trouvent tous les bars, restaurants et autres magasins. Chambre plutôt confortable, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Côté salon moyen. Peut être bruyant avec la fenêtre donnant sur la rue où les taxis se garent. Peut faire l’affaire à bon prix pour quelques jours...

Hotel bem situado, porém por vezes um pouco barulhento pois dá para a rua dos táxis. O atendimento foi ótimo e a disponibilidade do staff tb bastante positivo. O peq almoço poderia ser um pouco mais variado e terem bolos e mais doces por exemplo.

Nice place in the middle of town by the taxi rank, the daily breakfast was good as well with quite a bit of variety (meat, cheese, bread, jam, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and eggs cooked to your liking). That said my wife did get bored of the selection & was sad we only got papaya fruit one day. Room was well cleaned each day and it was a very spacious suite. In terms of complaints the wifi was quite slow at times, the shower didn't drain super quickly (so we were scared we might accidentally flood the bathroom), but the most annoying part was the pushy guy with his shop at the bottom of the stairs of the hotel entrance. You had to go past this as you left the rooms to the outside world, and he tried to sell us his wares (the same wares which they sell in every other shop in Sal for that matter so nothing special to buy). He gave up after 4-5 days but still, I'm in a hotel and I don't appreciate having to talk down this fella trying to sell me trinkets every time I leave my hotel. Please get rid of this shop or at the very least put it in another spot. It is not indicative of a 3 star hotel having one of the staff members try push his side hustle on you every time you want to go in & out of the hotel. He was a nice enough guy but I mean it's not the place to try sell things and give hassle to hotel guests.

Ett tre stjärnigt hotel, väldigt centralt, mitt i Santa Maria. Full aktivitet utanför hotellet då en taxi station är utanför som medför en del ljud från speciellt taxiförare. Annars rent och fint, trevlig personal och god frukost.

Lovely staff and perfect location.

I had the best stay ever. Perfect location, just by main street, the pier and beach. Chef did very good omelets, security guard all night and all in all very friendly staff. If you had any questions staff were always helpful. Large clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with ocean view. Would live there again.

Gute wenn auch einfache Unterkunft

Gute, wenn auch durch die Straße im Zentrum nicht gerade ruhig Lage in Santa Maria. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist recht einfach gehalten. Alles in der Stadt fussläufig erreichbar.

Localização Ótima em Santa Maria. Funcionários cordiais e acomodações confortáveis. Local próximo a tudo é muito perto da praia. O banheiro poderia ter um box completo pois ao tomar banho respinga água no chão o que suja muito o quarto e acomodações. O café da manhã muito a desejar, creio que pelo hotel estar praticamente vazio não houve um cuidado em preparar um café honesto. Fora isso uma boa opção.

Very nice hotel near everything with nice staff!

We went to our holiday with only one basic idea which was to relax. We booked this hotel because it was affordable and near the beach. At the first day when we arrived, we noticed that hotel personnel were kindly smiling to us and they made us feel really welcome. Check-in / check-out was really easy and staff spoke perfectly understandable english (which I think is pretty rare at Cape Verde). I base this on experience to another (way more expensive Hotel ) which had a staff who couldn't serve us on the way we atleast expected. Anyway stay at this hotel was really easy. Rooms where cleaned daily and we never felt any lack of trust there. If we needed any help, staff were helping us on any needs we had, all from sending our post cards to giving recommendations of good restaurants etc. Specially Daniel and George (from reception) were the best. Location of hotel was excellent because it was relatively close to beach and restaurants, still it was quiet enough from the sounds of the centrum. Me and my wife have been travelling very much and I can easily recommend this Hotel because it is worth every penny. Thank you!

Hôtel à éviter absolument.

Chambres en piteux états, absolument rien à voir avec les photos. Pas de réception 24/24. Pas de TV. Problème d'eau. Cuisine équipée mais pas entièrement (une seule tasse- une casserole - 1 cuillère à café). Pas de linge pour la plage. Pas assez de linge pour la douche. Ampoules ne fonctionnant plus, pas changées. Prises ne fonctionnent pas toutes. Climatisation ne fonctionnait pas partout. Baignoire toute pourrie. Bruit très important venant de la rue (vitre des chambres en papier). Travaux au marteau-piqueur dans l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner de moyenne qualité. Personnel agréable et surtout qui a dû beaucoup s'excuser durant notre séjour car tous les clients étaient plus ou moins mécontents. Service de nettoyage correct.

The staff made our stay really pleasant and lovely

We were a couple who stayed for 1 week at the hotel. Initially we were given a room, but had issues with the room, so the managers Borja and Jaime upgraded us to a lovely room, and made our stay really lovely and pleasant, regardless of the fact that the hotel was under full renovation. The room was very nice.We had our breakfast in the room (apart from the last day when it was in the hotel restaurant) due to the restaurant being renovated. It was nice, and I particularly liked the coffee very much, which was strong and nice. Breakfast was basic, due to the fact that this is an african island, and by the looks of it-food supply is difficult, but was fine. The hotel is in the centre and close to the beach, which is very convenient. We are very grateful to Borja for all the hard work and making our stay nice, as we wanted to have a nice Christmas holiday & no disappointments Otherwise towels are changed every 2 days,and bed sheets every 3days-as this is a beach destination, we consider this a daily necessity. The hotel is located in the centre of Santa Maria- best place to stay on the island.It is always very windy there. If you don't like wind- Bulgarian Black sea coast is for you then. Not recommending this destination for families with children as there is no variety of food unless you go all inclusive.

Hotel a 1 minuto de la playa, zona muy bien estalado, personal súper amable pero con pocos conocimientos de la zona aún. El hotel estaba en plena obra y a partir de las ocho de la mañana había ruido... No había tele en la habitación y el WiFi funcionaba mas o menos.

Perfetto per girare a santa Maria, la signora è gentilissima, ci ha dato anche consigli per spostarci. E il cuoco indiano cucina cose davvero particolari (ci hanno offerto un assaggio la mattina a colazione). Peccato che in stanza non ci fosse il gas, ma era perfetta, spaziosa (una camera e un bagno riservati a nostro figlio! e pulita)

A minha estadia foi péssima como atrás referi. fui enganado, Aquele local é mau demais para alojar pessoas. Não tem manutenção, sujo, estive na "suite 17" que deveria de estar fechada já algum tempo pois as varandas das suites ao lado estava tao suja que não se via a cor do soalho. o Ar condicionado era pago a parte, não tive pequeno almoço, limpeza diária, a internet mal funciona. Na ultima noite tive que matar duas baratas que me apareceram no quarto, (pena não tirar fotos). Uma vergonha. Por favor façam uma visita antes de oferecerem este serviço a alguém.
