“I stayed for three nights, and the hotel was in general very pleasant and clean. However, I asked for standard cleaning and replacement of towels and sheets and coffee, etc. each day I was there. Each day the hotel failed to clean my room or replace my towels or replace my coffee or empty my trash. After day one I specifically called and requested the service Sunday to, but again it was not performed.
