Customer service is good, pool area is nice but too much chlorine, breakfast was delicious, room not bad get lots of space two queen and a regular size couch, bathroom need some repair, need to change the hotel rug very dirty.

Staff were very nice, allowed a late check-out as I had surgery planned at Salem Hospital. Offered cookies at check in and explained Wi-Fi, breakfast in the a.m.,etc. We were very pleased with our stay at this property.

I booked through Expedia. There was an issue with payment (through Expedia not me), and they cancelled the reservation without checking with Expedia. My employee showed up late on 9.8.2024 and had to sleep in his car until he started work at 6am. When I called Expedia to find out what happened, they said they're supposed to call and confirm with Expedia. Major mistake that cost me a huge embarassing moment where someone was left to sleep in their car.

We used the pool and jacuzzi - they were lovely. My husband checked out the workout room- he said it had great equipment. We enjoyed the breakfast that was lovely in every way -every choice you could hope for. Everyone was helpful and attentive. Had a lovely stay, thank you

The hotel surroundings were decent, clean and quiet. Our 2 night stay was pleasant breakfast was simple but it was good enough to get our day started. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as tell! Overall everything was good! There is only one thing I did not like, the bed. I don’t know if it’s the same for all rooms but this one was not comfortable.

Place was quiet and clean. Only issue was the TV. As nice as your hotel is, TV'S needs upgrading. Should have smart TV'S. My TV cut out right in the middle of the football game I was not able to make TV work again. Missed the game.
