“Clean and very close to the historic center. The listing did not mention that parking was limited and needed to be reserved (it may have changed since my stay), which was the reason I booked the hotel in the first place. However, the lady at the front desk quickly found a solution, which I really appreciated.”

“The staff at reception and night portier were so friendly and charming, that we completely forgot that the hotel is a little out-of-town from Lecce (so much that we didn't visit downtown), and we also forgot that the area around was not too interesting. We were just in transit, and parking in front of the main entrance was very convenient.”

“A beautiful hotel with delicious breakfast in a wonderful setting - staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Be sure to make a reservation for the rooftop bar even if staying at the hotel - we were advised it wasn’t necessary and were disappointed to find no tables available. The next night we made a reservation and waited 40 minutes for a bottle of water and two cocktails. Other than this experience the hotel and staff were fantastic! ”
