This hotel was conveniently located near to the Salford quays metro stop. It was roughly a 17 minute walk to the Lowry. The breakfast was great & the staff were very friendly. Would happily stay again

Some people have complained about slamming doors and I can for sure back those complaints. The room was suppose to be "sound proofed", but it wasn`t. The esthetique of the room was nice, but there were issues with cleanliness in terms of stains on bed sheets and towels + lack of hoovering. However the staff was lovely and whenever I had an issue they were able to resolve it quite quick. I think for the price and the fact that it`s rated as a 4 star hotel, I expected a bit more. Especially in regards to other reviews. Overall my stay was alright.

The staff were beyond amazing, the hotel itself was clean, but as a regular traveller around Europe I book to stay in the AC by Marriot brand wherever possible, and generally the ones in Europe are much much better than this one in terms of room facilities, quality and detail

Excellent hotel convenient to Old Trafford. Breakfast is good but could have some more child options e.g pancakes, waffles and recommend omelettes available without extra charge. Finally, access to coffee and some self-serve options for those leaving early in the morning.

Good but...

Bed was terrible, so soft it was like a water bed and hurt my back. The minibar was so loud it woke me up multiple times. It was however pretty clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The appearance was good. The bed and fridge ruined it for me though.

The hotel and rooms were clean. Staff were polite. Breakfast didn’t have veggie substitutes like veggie sausages, but there were a lot of other options (Pastries, fruit, eggs, beans etc). Parking was very expensive @£14 per day. Disabled parking is limited. Dinner was ok… but you could tell it was a microwave job. Would stay here again, but go out for dinner and park locally instead of using the hotel car park.

This hotel is very good, room was spacious and comfortable. Our plans changed at the last minute with additional family members joining our stay, the staff there were great, they accommodated the additional members and at a sensible price. We are planning another trip to Manchester later this year and will definitely stay there again.
