Staff were all very friendly and the rooms were clean.Parking was easy and always available. Individual heat/air conditioning units in rooms. However we had a bit of a draft coming in around the window. The pool was out of order, and I feel like the hot tub should have been too. No discounts were even offered for the lack of amenities that were advertised. The pool area and the bathrooms need to be updated/renovated. Hot water was great but the water pressure was terrible.
