Staff was very friendly. Property was clean but, but Exrea bed was not ready when we arrived no blankets, no pillows etc so we had to chase staff twice for this( eeven i specifically wrote emails and verbally reminded the receptionists befor we entered the apartment. I found this anoying) Also very very poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel. I felt i had to beg for food because not everything was displayed for example We had to order for example croissant thta was not displayed And when we oredred first day a croissant we got but on the second morning that was not available. I find this very strange for agai 4star golf hotel. Probably the hotel need to drop down one to two stars. But thr staff was very very friendly i must say.

The Spa was superb - one of the best we’ve ever used. The distance between the car park and property was ok but for some people it may be a struggle depending on how much luggage they have + whether their apartment is on an upper floor ( no lifts ).

Facilities really are first rate, staff are very friendly and attentive. Lots of sporting activities available, on-site food is pretty decent, although we tried to make use of the self-catering facilities. Rooms are lovely, although soundproofing could be improved but generally other guests are thoughtful. My only area of improvement would be the cooking facilities within the apartments. They are very basic and missing some simple amenities such as a chopping board. But overall really can't fault it. This was our second visit. I'm sure they'll be a third.

Have stayed before but this time we had a two bedroom apartment. As with our previous stays, the apartment was comfortable, warm, well equipped. Yes a bit worn in places. Cooking facilities could be a little better eg. Condition of frying pan, no cooking oil but otherwise everything you could need. Facilities on site are excellent. Adventure golf was very good. Pool and spa are nice and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing that would be a big plus would be the addition of pool tables for kids - I believe the only one they have is in the adult only bar. However overall as with previous stays we had a fab time with two teenagers and will go back again.

Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. We have booked for our next trip already 😊
