"In such high altitude, with the vanishing winter and melting snow, there are really a lot to explore in oberhof. The stay at the hotel was excellent and authentic. The breakfast has many variations everyday, the fruits and vegetables were really very fresh. The staffs were well behaved and have showed good hospitality. The wellness and spa amenities were top notch."

The staff person was quite nice and helpful, and while the front is not open all the time, it's easy to get in and out. It isn't a town that is open all hours, so don't expect to eat late at night, but it's definitely charming and the hotel was a part of that!"

"Die Zimmer in der Nöhe der Lobby sollten gesperrt werden. Das Personal sollte ja informiert sein, dass die Lobby gerade abends genutzt wird, um sich gemeinsam zu treffen. Dadurch ist der Lautstärkepegel auch sehr hoch."

"Wir waren anlässlich des Kristallmarathons hier. Da es am Wettkampftag früh los ging, hat das Hotel den Laufgästen ein frühes Frühstück angeboten. Nicht selbstverständlich und mega zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant war auch sehr lecker und ist zu empfehlen. "

El desayuno es muy rico y la atención de los dueños es muy destacable, son muy amables y te orientan en caso de que tengas cualquier duda o si pides alguna recomendación. Die Rezeptionsdame geht schon 19.30 Uhr statt 20 Uhr. Die Treppen sind abgenutzt und schmutzig. Die Kinder rennen lärmend durch den Speisesaal. Das Essen wird nicht nachgefüllt. Beim Frühstück jeden Tag Rührei aus Eipulver, wenig Obst, 4 Apfelsinen für 100 Gäste. In der Sauna zu wenig Liegen. Das Tauchbecken ist...
