"We stayed at Schloss Fuschl during a recent trip in July to Germany and Austria. This hotel was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip. The property and lakefront location are gorgeous and the service is impeccable. We travel extensively and would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in and around Salzburg or the Salzkammergut region. "

"Clean and accessible (elevator) small hotel. Rather old and outaded deco. Basic facilities (there is water kettle in the room). Very old windows and curtains, light and noiseight mght be an issue if you want some air. No breakfast, limited desk reception time, but communication was good and I got a key waiting for me in a box. Recommended with reservations."

There was a bus of tourists checking in and I was concerned I’d be waiting an hour to check in behind them but I got waived right to the front as they were being checked in as a single group, which I greatly appreciated. Room was very nice and very clean. The room is absolutely sound proof. We chose to sleep with the window open and still could barely hear anything. "Our stay was very nice. The staff are wonderful. The beds comfortable. Good hot showers. A very quiet location right on the bus line. A quick 3 euros ride to the old town and sights. We would stay again. I don’t think that there is air conditioning. "

"Perfectly good for what we needed. Conveniently located by the train station. Our room was actually an apartment which provided lots of space for three adults. Everything was in walking distance and easy to navigate. Very quote area. Breakfast was very good and very affordable. I would stay here again. I was very happy with these accomodations."
