Our room was immaculate. Bathroom amenities were much appreciated and staff were friendly and supportive. Food selection in the restaurant was plentiful, varied and well prepared. We will definitely be returning to this resort. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This hotel is unique, this property is very beautiful. The ocean is amazing. THe hotel needs more than what it offers. The pools do not offer music and you cannot play your own. SO is very boring unless you are just there to read. The one bar the pool the seats are very hard and after 2 drinks is comfy to sit. The VIP experience is not worthy, the food is for children and the same everyday. The what they call top shelf drinks are only available in the vip lounge. Another inconvenience no service at the beach nor the pools. The breakfast is amazing, lunch was super limited and served outdoors not impressed, dinner was good but very limited as well. I am not sure if I would go back, but if I do it would be for the beach and the views. If you are looking for a place to read, relax and be in bed by 10pm this is a place for you. If you are looking for a place to dance, have fun and do activities this is not the hotel.

Hotel has beatifull gardens and A plus beach, very clean rooms but could deffinitive used an upgrade, overall the staff is nice and propper, very dissapointed on the restaurants as it say 5 restaurants, yes they have 5 restaurant but they only open one of them per nignt, as you can imagine the line to eat, we ended at the buffet most of the nights. Alcohol quality is horrible, even with the purchase of VIP,only one type of beer, wine or champane available in the hotel which they were very poor quality. I do not recommed the property.

We had an amazing experience at this resort! Very clean rooms, entertainment throughout the day and night, an absolutely GORGEOUS beach area and the best part was the incredible staff who truly made this trip so enjoyable!!! The manager Sarah is top notch and provides a very personable approach to her position! The entertainment staff was very friendly and puts a lot of effort into engaging guests in a variety of fun! Bartenders and food staff were kind and provided great customer service. The beach area was kept extremely clean and had the most amazing views. It’s in a very remote area with no other resorts around so you feel like you have your own piece of heaven! The pool areas were also beautifully designed and kept extremely clean thanks to the grounds/cleaning staff! Truly a great destination away from all the commercialization of most of the resort areas in the DR! Would highly recommend this resort and we can’t wait to return!!

Nice resort in Las Galeras, very nice private beach and other beaches in the area. Room is spacious and comfortable bed. Food is ok, you have exactly what you paid for. I would definitely stay again.
