"I had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff were also extremely kind, professional, and respectful. They helped me a lot with booking several restaurants and were always supportive and efficient, which I really appreciated. The balcony was lovely with a great atmosphere, although I couldn’t really use it much due to the very cold weather during my stay. The only disappointing part of the experience was the breakfast. Honestly, it was the weakest point and I strongly hope it will be improved. I’m planning to come back again (more than once), and breakfast is an important part of the day—especially before skiing. The options were very limited, mostly boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, and there wasn’t much variety or a proper breakfast selection. It would make a big difference to have more fresh choices and ideally a chef station or better hot options, especially for a high-quality property like this. "Relocated to better appartment to be closer to friends, which was happily accommodated by reception staff for extra pay. Nice hotel complex with lovely pool and spa. Well equipped kitchen. Awful wifi, didn’t work at all in our area. Kitchen cleaning expected as part of check out."
