“A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.”

Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option.”

“It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...
“Beautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms. Beautiful rooms & staff is super nice!!!! The buffet was awesome as well! Definitely recommend!!!! I will be returning. ”
"국회의사당 바로 앞에 위치하여 최고의 입지조건을 가진 호텔(공항에서도 택시로 15분 거리). 성 알렉산더 네프스키 성당 도보 3~5분 거리이고, 소피아 주요 관광스팟도 도보 이동 가능. 그렇지만 호텔 앞이 복잡하지도 않음. 소피아 둘러보는데는 3시간 정도로도 가능하지만, 릴라수도원, 플로브디프, 가능하다면 북마케도니아 스코피에 당일 투어도 추천(Matka 캐년 보트 탑승 강추).
리셉션 직원 친절, 치약/칫솔/면도기/빗 등은 환경정책상 구비 안되어 있음(요청하면 가져다 준다고 함), 슬리퍼/드라이기는 구비, 객실과 화장실은 넓고 깨끗하며, 샤워기는 수압 조절도 가능. 다만 하루는 수건이 부족하게 비치된 날이 있었음.
1층에서 객실로 이동하는 엘리베이터는 탑승 가능한 엘리베이터는 항상 1층에서 열린 채 대기되어 있음.
조식은 음식 종류 다양하고 깔끔하며 맛있으며 샴페인도 준비되어 있음. 호텔 내 레스토랑 2곳 모두 음식이 맛있고 분위기 괜찮으며 직원들 친절함. Ador에서의 꾸덕꾸덕한 해산물 스파게티와 블랙 앵구스 모두 맛있었음. Floret은 더 이상 니기리 스시는 없는데, 객실 TV화면 메뉴 소개에 업데이트 되어 있지 않음. 그렇지만 흑후추 소고기 볶음, 미역줄기와 에다마메를 버무린 요리가 우리 입맛에 너무 잘 맞았음. 이용하지는 않았지만 룸서비스도 객실 TV 모니터에서 주문 가능.
