Spectacular Place & Reasonable Price

Great location, convenient to Vathy and Kokkari (although you need a car) and the room, really an apartment, was spectacular. Clean, spacious and modern. I'd highly recommend. Plus, washing machine in the room and other modern amenities.

Definitely Grand View

Great location with fantastic views and a great staff. We have nothing but good things say. Large rooms, great amenities, nice pool. We would highly recommend renting a car to move around.

It was an incredible experience staying a full week here and would definitely recommend staying here. The hospitality is amazing from start to finish. We were greeted very warmly by the manager, Despina who made us feel so welcome and at home. She explained the layout of the villa, including all the information about the villa, and her number for further assistance. She was at call all the time for us. We really enjoyed our stay and everything from the photos and videos is so true to reality. The views from our villa were spectacular and to sit outside on our various balconies was tremendous. The position and cleanliness were outstanding. The owner was always tending to the grounds and making sure we were well looked after. Samos is a beautiful island, spectacular scenery and beaches, such warmth and friendliness of local people. Definitely a place to visit and our stay at Grand View Villas made it so special.

Great view

We stayed in Grand View villas as a family. We liked the view very much. Also the communication with the manager was great. She kindly gave us a very nice gift at the end of our stay. Our kids liked the pool as well.

Beautiful view

We had an excellent stay at Grand View Villas. Despina was a very nice and helpful host. The view was beautiful and the apartment was very nice, absolutely spotless and well maintained. Cleaning was perfekt. We'll highly recommend this place and hope to come back some day.
