Our stay at Hotel Zafi exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was wonderfully quiet and dark—making for an incredible night's sleep—and the air conditioning worked like a dream. The location couldn't be better, putting us within walking distance of everything we needed, and the staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. To top it all off, the daily breakfast was fantastic—far superior to what we usually expect from a hotel breakfast!

A equipe de funcionários é excelente, muito prestativa, atenciosa, sorridente e o atendimento imediato às minhas solicitações. O quarto era muito grande, espaçoso e com terraço, no segundo andar. A única sugestão que tenho é em relação ao café da manhã que é só "a la carte". Para quem está acostumado com um café simples, ou seja, uma fatia de pão com queijo e geleia e frios, as opções de pratos, com exceção dos com yogurte e aveia com frutas, não continham itens totalmente matinais, parecia mais almoço para mim. Eu pedi uma fatia de pão de forma torrado, mas não tinha fatia de queijo ou frios p/acompanhar. Eu fiquei praticamente sem opção para o café da manhã, com exceção do yogurte com frutas. Tinha uma espécie de bolo à francesa que era uma delícia, mas era doce e eu senti falta de um pão "francês" ou pão de forma, ou croissant com queijo e presunto, que eles podiam colocar no cardápio. Em que pese tal fato, tudo era muito chique, todos pratos eram feitos por chef, o que se percebe pelos detalhes e enfeites; e os pratos, xícaras e tigelas, todas de cerâmica combinando, tudo muito bonito. O hotel fica pertíssimo da principal praia urbana Spratt Bight e das ruas de comércio, com restaurantes e bares. E ainda dão opção de passeios. Ficaria lá novamente. Recomendo.

Me gustó absolutamente todo; el personal fue muy amable y no tengo ninguna queja. Es un hotel 10 de 10 y superbién ubicado. Si buscas un hotel cerca de todo, este es el ideal. 😉 Todo su staff fue muy querido; sin duda regresaría a este hotel.
