"Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Overall staff was helpful. They scammed on getting taxi to Airport from hotel for early morning flight. They told me night before 80 soles and they charged 80 usd at the time of checkout which is roughly 278 soles."

"The staff was nice but they speak little to no English. The location is nice and close to many shops and the city center. The room was clean, however, the water takes at least five minutes of running to warm and the room was FREEZING!!! They did not turn on the heat and the lows were in the 30’s. The four blankets on the bed were not enough to keep warm. "

"Nice clean hotel, located very close to Plaza d’Armas. All the staff members are very nice, helpful and friendly except for one lady with glasses, who works the reception in the evening. She was rude, always on her phone and acted like we were disturbing her. She even told me not to get was from the dining area even if the other receptionist in the morning said I could help myself. Other than this employee the others were so helpful. They even made me a breakfast box to go as I had to leave on an early morning excursion at 5:00 am. "
