"Everything good"

"Mariachi band was excellent! Gorgeous hotel and friendly staff. Restaurant was amazing. "

"The safe batteries were completely dead. The cleaning people did not fully stock the toilet paper, or cups. Things that should be automatic. The check in staff were great, especially the midnight crew. "

"Only issue I had was we had to move our cookout indoors because I had to call the front desk several times to have our grill fired up, when he finally came he didn't have the lighter and the grill utensils."

"Elevator was out most of our stay. Top floor smelled like weed the entire stay. The room was nice and the staff was very accommodating. "

"Someone broke into my room and the staff was nonchalant about it. I received a call about my dogs barking. I came back to the hotel to find them enraged and one of the released from their cage. There were articles of clothing in the room that weren’t mine, my husbands duffle bag had been rummaged through and someone placed a towel in my dogs bed strategically. I went to the front desk to complain. I told the male staff I didn’t feel safe. Not once did he offer to give me a different room while he “investigated” the issue. I went back to the room and felt this weird feeling of being watched. I went back down and asked for a different room. The male staff also was more concerned about my deposit and said I could leave instead of having empathy and giving me another room. When I asked for another room still, nonchalantly, he said “okay”, gave me another room. The entire stay that same male employee was glued to his computer with a hand on each side. He never left that position. His concern was with whatever was on that screen for hours. I will never stay at this chain of hotels again. "
